A Wise Child — Proverbs Part XIX
A Wise Child
From now on and from the next 15, 16 chapters I will be preaching topical messages because again, the message that we have today and that we will have next Sunday and that we will have the Sunday after that it's all over the book of Proverbs and I am trying to redeem time since Christmas is about to come now and it seems like I'm not gonna having the time to do my 50 day camp until next year because we are still going to be in the book of Proverbs and I don't mind, this is fun, this is fun.
I want you to open your Bibles, again, don't mind me, because I am going to give like 20 scriptures today and some of you will say this is boring, but the reality is that God has so much to say about this. I don't want to miss anything, so I will be giving you a lot of scriptures and I want you to write them down, take them home and used them for your devotional today.
The message today and the first one that we have, starting at chapter 10 it's about a wise child. One of the things that I keep on hearing, I was even here for the conference with the couples, it is interesting have you notice how many conferences and how many seminars and how many messages and how many radio programs and how many talk shows and how many things are out there that are constantly bombarding parents, how the parents should raise their kids, how parents should behave towards their kids, how do they raise them. It's always parents towards the children. Today I want to change that a little bit. I want to talk about, I want to talk to you as a child. As a child of someone.
