Humility – Proverbs Part XXVIII

Holman Bible Dictionary defines humility as the personal quality of being free from arrogance and pride and having an accurate estimate of one’s worth. A humble person knows who he is and the value he has in this world, especially as a child of God. Humility is a learned quality and must be put into practice in pleasing God. It is very important since is key in knowing what God expects from us, key in knowing and following Christ and key in rescuing for Christ a lost person and restoring a brother in Christ.

Troubled Hearts – Proverbs Part XXVII

With the advances in medicine and the wealth we have in our country, more and more people are experiencing anxiety and depression mostly caused by discontentment, insecurity, instability, doubt, unrest and uncertainty. A heart dealing with these issues struggle finding peace and assurance. Everyone can find it in Christ and Christians can find it in godly community and the assurance that Christ and the Holy Spirit dwell in them.
